KZD Solutions is a Durban digital innovation company. We help businesses find waste, fix process and scale what already works.

This is a six-month placement on our consulting team. You will sit in on real client work, map how things currently run, and help propose what should change.

What you will work on

• Documenting how a client's process runs today
• Sitting in on client interviews and writing them up
• Building simple process maps and flow diagrams
• Helping put together findings and recommendations

What we are looking for

• Studying towards, or recently finished, a business, IT or industrial engineering qualification
• Comfortable writing clearly in English
• Organised, and able to keep notes someone else can read
• Based in Durban. This placement is on site

Nice to have

• Any exposure to process mapping or Lean
• Confident with spreadsheets
• An interest in how businesses actually operate
